First of all, the room smelled like leftover pee water. Then, the room's pullout couch felt like just straight up springs. The T.V in the lobby was janky too. The pool was small and when I first walked into my hotel room, the first thing I thought was, "Ew" and " I thought this was supposed to be the "best hotel experience ever".
We are in our room. There was s a tv. No remote. Called the front desk and she said our room does it have a remote I then asked for a room with a remote that works for the tv. Said she found one and would bring it right down. That was over 45 minutes ago.
This was a very nice hotel convent on off of I10, hot breakfast, wonderful staff but the rooms and hallways have seen better days. I would have loved to give y'all a 5

Very nice place to stay although hot breakfast was cold attendant came right away to warm it up..
