Beds are nice. No hot breakfast. No smoking rooms. No hot tub. Nice employees though.
My room was not ready for my check in and the manager tried to blame me. He claimed I put out a Do Not Disturb when I had just checked in. He also tried to downgrade my room without refunding me the difference. When I finally got the room I paid for, the walls were paper thin, the carpet was sticky, the lobby was sweltering (Don't turn the heater on in TEXAS!) there was no hot breakfast, I had three tiny pillows on a king sized bed was was told I coldn't get any more. This place is mismanaged, old, and in a horrible neighborhood. Avoid it at all costs.
HAS BED BUGS! PAID FOR TWO NIGHTS AND STAYED FOR ONE. WHEN I ASKED FOR MY REFUND FOR THE NIGHT WE DIDN'T STAY THE MANAGER REFUSED THAN BEGAN CALLING ME RACIAL SLURS. HE EVEN WENT TO THE EXTENT OF CURSING MY GRANDMOTHER AFTER SHE TOLD HIM IT WASN'T FAIR. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH.
Do not stay! Place is teaming with roaches. Myself and a few others stayed I a recent business trip. 2 out of the 3 rooms had wet carpet due to malfunctioning air conditioning. Sheets and bed spreads were stained. Carpets were dirty as well. Rooms smelled musty and smoky. I had a non smoking room but I'm pretty sure it was just a concerted smoking room. Walls were marked and peeling.
Best motel with best service, reasonable rate and best break fast with all amenities in room.
Do not stay.
