Good rooms people vehicles getting broken into only bad thing
An older, poorly maintained, overpriced property in a questionable area of town. Bed was old, squeaky, and had worn places. I was concerned about the quality of the sheets, so slept in my clothes. The towels had to have been some of the cheapest I have found in an $85/night room. The "complimentary" breakfast wasn't bad and the woman managing it was quite kind and helpful. In my opinion, I feel that the room was overpriced due to the effects of Hurricane Harvey. The reason I'm giving two stars is that I didn't see any roaches. Sorry, but I have to be honest in my reviews.
Continental breakfas, friendly service, clean, affordable. Accommodating comfy
The room looks like it's falling apart. The walls have cracks, there a hole in the bathroom wall. Mold is growing on the walls. It's a nonsmoking room, but there is a post outside to smoke which make zero sense to me. The bed sheets have small holes in it. This place is completely gross.
This location, even though on the website it says it does, they do NOT have cribs available. I called prior to booming and was told they had them but that day they did not have any available. I called the morning of the reservation to make sure they were aware that we had a child under one. I know this is not important to some but having a child that sleeps in a crib nightly and if she's in my bed she plays/rolls/scoots makes for parent and child to not have a good experience.
One of the two beds was wet, had 28 cents on it, had a hair and smelled horrible. When I contacted the office I was informed, they said it must be from the A.C. since it's been vacant several days.
