Arrived at 1am into Beaumont, traveling from Florida...most hotels at this time said there were doing paperwork and would be while to check in. No issues here at this hotel. Prompt service , price for 2 adults was $54 plus tax.
Didn't like huge mirror on wall right next to l the bed, kinda creepy, (camera) covered it with towel. Overall slept well after hot shower, would stay here again if necessary.
Granddaughter staying there. Reasonable rate. Service was good. There was no problems. Location was good.
Location is great by food a stores rooms a lil weird tile floors no dressers service Is descent overall not a roach motel but not a five star resort somewhere in the middle
Has tile floors which is better then carpet, room had a king size bed with lots of pillows, very comfortable. Shower was another thing, cigarette burns on tub, tape on bottom of tub where it was cracked, lots of rust on floor, even on shower rod. Water pressure was good though. Towels were very rough and small, I suggest bring your own towel, small bars of soap, no shampoo.
Unfortunately we got stuck in a smoking room, which seemed to be a large number of the rooms. It smelled bad and there were cigarette burns on the covers. They did not provide much in the way of soap or shampoo. They did change and clean it the sheets during the day. The floors, while laminate, were also cleaned.
The worst place I've ever stayed. Strangers knocking on the door at weird hours in the morning. Then my friend left her boots in the room. They told her they didn't have them. So we asked if we could go look in the room for the boots. They told us we would have to pay for another night if we wanted to look in the room. So I told them we would be there with the police. 15 minutes later they called back telling my friend the found her boots and she could pick them up at the desk.
