The room was clean and beds were comfortable. They were very accommodating to us during our extended stay due to the Hurricane. Would definitely return.

Front desk was great, housekeeping is awesome and the breakfast was good. My only problem was that I wasn't told that my room had an air conditioning leak which caused the carpet of the room to be soaking wet. I walked in and found two industrial fans going off. I had to cut them off at night so I could sleep because they were very loud. The room reeked of a mildew smell. I know I couldn't get switched to another room because of the hurricane they were sold out but a little heads up could have sufficed. I couldn't walk around the room without shoes on. My socks were soaked.

The entry to the hotel was unique and had character. The room had an aura of mustiness one can't overlook. I saw what one might hope was hand lotion in the corner near the closet shot across the carpet. The room was configured with a whirlpool tub which I could not envision getting into even though it was the cleanest part of the room. The bathroom main light did not go on which made the shower dark and helped hide the mold which easily wiped off with a towel. I am only making the point that no recent effort was applied toward cleaning the shower or the other problems in this room. I confirmed with the front desk that renovations are planned for this summer. It needs it. No, I did not pay for the room, and I won't be back until it is renovated. I forgot to mention the flying ants which were eager to assemble near the lights. Sweet dreams.

Person who checked us in was friendly and answered any questions we had. Our TV was broke though. One or two channels would work then it would freeze, go black and then turn off. Didn't bother us too much because the free WiFi they offer was fast enough to stream Netflix on my wife's tablet.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE STAY AT HAMPTON INN THE FLOOR IS WET I BOOKED FOR TWO DAYS THEY SAID THE COMPUTER Was wrong THEY only HAD A SMOKING ROOM I REQUESTED a none SMOKING ROOM. I reported that the FLOOR was WET the recommended was to refund the ROOM or be moved to another room. Moved to another room or was WET as well no house keeper on staff at night or maintenance to check out the problem where the water coming from. What a nightmare.

I was a little nervous based on some of the reviews, but I have no complaints about our stay. Everyone was nice and helpful especially Raven at the front desk , and Sam the manager .

The breakfast was what I expected from a free hotel breakfast and they even have onsite security.
