Excellent customer service. Alfred and Vanessa greeted us like family. Alfred gave us anniversary tokens and Vanessa was always just a phone call away with biggest prettiest smile you ever wanted to see. David and Tori in the breakfast area was very helpful and sweet. The hotel was very clean and the bar was cozy. The pool water felt amazing. The beds felt like your bed at home . I will be back soon. The manager Joe was awesome...a 5 star in my book ....
Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. For the most part customer service was good.
Staff very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of surrounding area (thanks, Crystal!), beds like clouds and very comfy, clean room, hot and strong shower, a bit noisy having room near elevator. Slept one night, didn't try WiFi or other amenities, so can't rate those. Would stay again.
Beautiful hotel. We had a bit of a booking issue with one of my coworkers but the manager was very helpful in getting it worked out and getting a room at another hotel for that employee. Overall, great place to stay!
The noise was way worse than any cheap hotel I’ve stayed at. I would have asked to switch rooms, but it was past 11:00 and I just wanted to eat and go to sleep.
Nice hotel! The guest rooms are spacious. The conference rooms are large, and named after cities in Texas. Catering is professional. Parking is adequate with a nice restaurant in walking distance. The atrium area is nice, with a large fountain. Clearly a remnant of the oil boom the area experienced in the 1970s-1980s.
The walls however are PAPER thin. I heard every single cry and scream from each of our neighbors two children. (Never even saw them, but I can count voices) I know their names, I know who’s idea their trip was, I know how much sleep mom got (maybe two hours), it took an hour for mom and dad to convince child 1 to put pants on, and the giant waterfall in the lobby came on that was also loud and clear.
