So far I have only called for information but each time I have called the person I spoke with was very courteous and informative. Now I have to make an appointment!!
Love this place!! The front desk staff is really helpful and know me well and the OB/GYN dr is AMAZING!! She takes her time to really listen to the concerns of her patients and you know she cares. I would recommend this facility to anyone with or especially without insurance!! They even have adult medicine, counseling, pediatrician, psychiatrist (used to but not sure since it has been a while since we had to use 1). It is great to have it all in one place instead of going to different places and if you travel they have other locations throughout Houston that even offers dental and vision services too :)
I've been calling around all day to find an OB to assist me with the rest of my pregnancy, and after being let down by clinic after clinic with rude and unhelpful staff, I'm relieved to say the least, to have had someone finally listen to me and answer my questions with a pleasant attitude. Now I'm actually looking forward to my appointment!
