I walked in 30 minutes before close and apologized profusely for coming in last minute. All the ladies reassured me that it was not a problem in the least. I filled out my paperwork and wad in a room talking to a nurse within minutes. The doctor was super sweet and even gave as good as she got when it came to my silly sarcastic husband. She even added to my discharge papers that he needed to give me a foot rub. All in all a great experience when I was feeling less than stellar!
We get quick good results here. It's not always possible to get in to the Doctors office and I'm glad for this alternative. So many times Friday afternoons or weekends are just what we need!
Great and speedy care. They took very good care of me and made me feel comfortable in their facilities. Check-in was fast and simple and I hardly waited at all. They also explained to me, in detail, how to treat my wound to insure no infection occurs. With every question I asked they answered with a great attitude. It is very apparent they love to serve people and I really appreciate that.
I love AFC Urgent Care on Dowlen! First time there, and I’ll definitely use them again! I was in and out quickly. They give great, friendly service from Tammy at the front desk, to Megan who took down my information and vitals, to Barri who examined me taking time to be thorough to determine what was going on, and then to Ashleigh who gave me a quick shot. Excellent care in a warm, friendly place!
Love this facility! Y'all did an amazing job when I broke my leg, with my brother the few times he has been in and with my little boy who was sick. I thank y'all for being quick, but also thorough.
