Recently moved here and apparently doing whatever you want as a doctor is common here. First time I went, I had an appointment at 1pm. They unlocked their doors around 115pm, I then proceeded to wait about an hour to be seen. It took me 2 1/2 to get seen for 5 minutes. Second time, I had an appointment at 8am (first one there) and they put in the room around 810 and then I waited until 840 and decided to leave. I don't have 3 hours to block out everytime I need to go to the doctor. This is ridiculous. I won't be back nor would recommend this place. Although, I don't know that any other doctor in southeast Texas will be better.
We love Dr Ataya. Raja was my kid's doctor. Now Ramona is my Grand's doctor. We are so pleased. When they say Babies come first, they mean it with all their hearts.
I can't believe there's bad reviews on here. Maybe because of the pic and location they think they're reviewing the pediatric emergency center?? I have been through a few pediatricians with my kids due to moving and switching insurance providers. Dr. Ramona is by far the best, most considerate, and thorough Dr we've ever had! We love her! We are considering a move that'll take us over an hour away but even then we will make the drive when needed for her to continue as our pediatrician.
Love Dr. Ataya and couldn't ask for a better pediatrician. He always puts kids first and he's an awesome person. Staff is great. Dr. Stays is really good with kids always a pleasant visit.
Decent, clean, nice office, friendly enough nurses and staff. Not in love, but certainly nice enough that I don't feel the need to search out a different pediatrician. We go to Dr. Ramona.
