I have never had anything but a great experience at this location. The staff has not only been friendly in their interactions with me, but they have also gone far beyond my initial expectations of service quality. For those of you who have had terrible experiences, my condolences. To those of you for whom your VA journey is only just beginning, I suggest that you approach the oft-battered staff with friendly hearts and patient minds. Best Wishes.
Getting an appointment here is virtually impossible. Call the number listed, get told nobody is available to schedule an appointment and they take my number. Get a call back, and get told that I need an appointment at a different facility than the one calling me back. THIS is why I haven't gotten treatment in 2 years. It shouldn't be this difficult to get ONE appointment.
When you can understand the doctor, they won't listen to you or get you the help you need. You get ignored or another generic pill. Better than no care. Barely
As long as I keep my appointments, or reschedule as necessary everything works fine.
This is a basic Medical Facility, Counseling, Medical / Physical and review, glasses, hearing aids, Pharmacy, X=rays, Lab.
This Facility and staff meets my basic needs.
Nearly impossible to get an appointment. Dr Stovall , Rod Alexis and PA Prejean are great . Maybe President Trump will drain the rest of that swamp.
