My wife was here for almost 4 weeks. I have been in many hospital situations in my life but this was the most dreadful experience I have ever had. Most of the nurses here could care less about their patients. They gave my wife a bath at 3:30 am on many occasions. This is the loudest hospital I have ever been in. Communication between staff and doctors is poor. Please avoid this at all cost. This hospital is not to be grouped with St. Elizabeth Hospital as it is a separate facility.
Worst place ever, never go
This place is an absolute hell hole. My father was a patient here and he was lucky to get out with his life. The staff could care less about the patients and are more interested in playing on their phones and taking breaks. I can't believe the feds haven't came in and closed it down.
Do not go here! This is the worst hospital! Faulty IV equipment, rooms are HOT during the day. The nurse yelled and had a screaming match with the patient - cops were called! Stench from some of the rooms was horrible and the techs just laughed about it. Hospital staff lied about our situation for 3 days and the supervisor never even returned phone calls...that's if you can even find out who it is! You are told over and over again that it is a separate hospital from St. E's and you can not receive help finding out who is in charge....ever! Had to go to a volunteer downstairs lobby to even get a name to call.
