Came in for a new phone and Darryl took great care of me! He even recommended some really nice accessories for my phone to keep me from breaking it again. The whole staff was very friendly. I'm in town from Houston and it's nice to know where I can go in Beaumont for my T-Mobile needs! Thank you Darryl!
I am a loyal Tmobile customer, but I usually go to the store close by Parkdale Mall, but decided to go to this one on College... sadly when I walked in, all the employees looked at me, but not one smiled, nodded or even acknowledged that I was there. Granted, they all did have one customer each, but even a smile from across the room to acknowledge that I was there would be nice. One female employee finished with her customer and walked right passed me, saying nothing. I saw one man walking towards me and I went to greet him, only to find that he was actually just walking to the door to go home. Finally one young man who was helping a customer, and saw that I was being overlooked told me that he would be with me in just a moment. He would have been the only reason I would have considered to stay. But after walking around the store about three times, I saw that they did not have the phones I was looking for and left. No one said anything, even as I walked out the door.
I came in looking for a charger and got a new phone and the assistant manager there Allona was so superb. She above and beyond to ensure my things were on my new device definitely will be following her where ever she goes. Make sure to ask for Allona she's the best hands down. I am one happy customer with a new phone and all my business needs on my new phone.
