The only reason that I gave a star is because I had to in order to put in a review. I had a replacement tv shipped the delivery guys were rushing us to be able to get their next stop and now that the tv doesn’t fit in our home they are saying oh I know you were forced to sign but you signed so there is nothing that we can do. This is rediculous I will never do service with them again and I will tell everyone about this disturbing experience. This will also be posted on social media.
I bought a 2 thousand dollar laptop and did the one year no interest plan. I’ve never missed a payment. The one year mark starts to creep around the corner and we get hit with hurricane Harvey. Lost our home and vehicles. The laptop managed to be saved. I asked for a extension on the one year no interest. They said they would submit it. It got approved and we have been struggling from not working for almost two months already cause of the hurricane. So I had no choice but to call and ask for an extra day on the month extension. They made me wait a month for a response so they could tell me no and they couldn’t do anything for me. The customer service line was rude and did not care to help me. I just want to pay this laptop off and they don’t want to take my money for what the original price of the pay off was. We’ve had to live in a freaking tent for a few weeks for crying out loud and hey can’t even extend it an extra day to pay off the 1,000$ left of the laptop.
Do not use CONNS. They delivered us a faulty washer and when we called them we were rudely told "Nothing they can do because we did not buy their warranty". Our washer does not work and I have laundry piling up everywhere. I purchased a washer that I can't use. Other items were delivered damaged but because we did not open them right away we were again told tough luck. I was a loyal customer for years always going back and recommending them to all my friends and family. I will never set foot in another CONNS store.
We bought a Samsung Smart TV from Conn's and have had is repaired three times.. Now in order to have the TV replaced we need to have it repaired a fourth time before they would think of replacing the TV. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
***DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CONN'S** GULF GATE/WOODRIDGE in Houston TEXAS. Purchased a Gas stove, washer and dryer. The delivery people installed the gas stove but REFUSED to install the washer and dryer on the current pedestals that I have set up in my garage. They refused to install my washer and dryer because I didn't purchase new pedestals ($600). I called the Warehouse Manager to get an explanation and his response was against company policy to install new products on the pedestals that was considered used. I explained that the salesman was asked prior to completion of purchase, if I could keep and/or use my current pedestals? The sent me via text measurements & pictures of the pedestals so that I can be sure that my pedestals were compatible. I checked the measurements and both are the same brand by" LG". I contacted the corporate office customers service and spoke to a representative & supervisor & was told that they submitted a ticket but I would need to speak to the Store manager directly. I called the store manager but UNFORTUNATELY, he's been on a conference call for over an hour. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
