Very knowledgeable and eager to answer your questions yet they are not overbearing. A very relaxed atmosphere.
Jason and his staff should be recognized not only by praises but should be also financially awarded by Apple who has trying to possess the best personnels in its keep-thriving wealthy corporation.
1. Staff is friendly courteous and helpful. Some even tried to quick check such as it was battery charged problem or not before officially logged in for repair
This store is great and their service is!!! I crashed my phone and within 1 hour is was fixed I love it.
2. The repair technician, Jason ( He is the only one so far fixed all our Apple products) is highly skilled,very efficient, very professional and as trustworthy as well. He always gives a brief but condensed call about the product's problem, usually about 1 or 2 days after we left the product. He will tell if not under guaranty what the cost for part and labor is. Once we agree, he will proceed(to order part) and usually take one or two days to have the product back. All the products after repair do have the guaranteed cover but so far we have not brought the same product back second time. We love the way Jason's communication skills. Here was the problem of the product. Here was the solution. Here was the total charge,if not under guaranty. And if agreed, here would be the date the repaired product be ready for pick up.
While they do not have the same feel as a real Apple Store, they have a great selection and service team! The prices are typical Apple style, so don't expect bargains of the century. Very friendly staff.
Thanks Apple not only for their wonderful products( FYI My family of five started with Windows products for many years before we tried Apple ones and we have loved them. At the start my children did not like Apple products because its high tech such as one finger touch, two finger swipe, three... as well as the commands C, O... but not before long they love them.We have more than 30 Apple products from i phones, ipads, ipads mini, ipods, imacs,Macbook pro different sizes 11,13,15,17, macbook air...not iwatch though :)) as well as having a valuable team in such the small city.
We have not written a review before on their behalf even we have been their customers for years. We do not hesitate to bring an Apple product for repair at their shop at all. We have even not negotiated with their out of guaranty labor and part charge because Jason has provided great quality of repair and , at least in our opinion, the charges have been fair. Especially, we are always been notified first for the charge and if we would not agree we should pay only the diagnostic fee which was collected first hand anyway.
I read all four previous reviews by the time I'm wring this. However, we, my family has giving their repair service the highest rating, 5/5 and highly highly recommended. For the last five years or more, we have brought many Apple products such as two different imacs 27in, two or three different MacBook pro 15,one or two macbook 13 in ...for repair at Computer Dimensions, Beaumont, TX. Some we had to pay for the labor(At the time the diagnostic charge out of guaranty was like $69 and now $100.00)and parts. One of the imacs 27 in, I had to pay close to $600 few years back. Others were about more than $300.00 each. Some we paid nothing($0) even not diagnostic charge because they were still under guaranty and not our faults like water damaged, software... And those with the receipts showed replaced parts $500-$600 each easily as in the case of the logic boards' replacements.They deserve the highest rating at least the repair service because:
