I have a $700 unit under warranty that will not turn on. I visited them about it, was told someone will be to my home the following day and no one shows and no call.
I hate writing this because these guys are knowledgeable and friendly but they need to look at their customer service performance.
Goodyear doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. They are pros at what they do and competitive with everyone else. I'll never use anyone else!
These folks are very nice and friendly but my experience with after sales service has been dismal. Have been told twice, " I'll call you back in 10-15 minutes." No return call after several days.
These guys are the best. In-home assessment and quick, clean, knowledgeable, and professional installation. They will be my first call for all things A/V.

I really enjoyed my trip to Goodyear to drop off my McIntosh for service. Really great guys and the record sale to benefit the Humane Society was a wonderful thing. They should be commended for this! I bought over twenty albums and enjoyed them much more knowing that all of my money went to help animals. I look forward to another trip over there.
