They were supposed to open at 10, but didn't open till 10:50. I was standing at the door waiting, and they opened the other doors before opening mine. Then they kept setting up the store instead of waiting on me even when I said I had to get to a meeting. Customer needs should come first when you're the one opening late. They couldn't even help me with a repair after all that waiting!
They do a great job cleaning mine and my fianceé's rings! They're always ready early, too!
The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! I went into the store to make a purchase and no one spoke to me as I walked in. I waited patiently to see if someone would come help me. At this time I saw an associate there that use to work for me and greeted her. Although she was still with a customer, she was super friendly to me. An elderly lady (I'm assuming was in management) got onto her for talking to me but never once asked if I needed help. I simple walked out and just ordered online. I am in management at a retail store and understand customer service. It's ridiculous to walk into a store planning on spending hundreds of dollars and be treated in such a way. I DO NOT recommend this store at all!!!
