Loved the help where pickin out my wedding band. But the service since then sucks!!! I have called 3 times today after being told to call back after 5 to see if my band is back from taking 2 weeks to get resized & no one wants to answer the phone and the call goes on for 3:00 min. Very impersonal after you've bought your jewelry and customer service sucks.
The best place to find the gifts for the one you love. A store manager that is very helpful and really cares.

If I could give this place a no star I would.My husband bought me a necklace in Dec.and it broke and they refuse to fix it and when.My husband bought it they told him that it has a year warranty on it and.then the lady just said it only had 60 days.JUST BEWARE OF.THIS STORE IN BEAUMONT
