I waited in the counter top area for about 30 minutes with out one single person to ask if i needed help! I had plenty of people walk by me and no one even asked if i needed anything. Unbelievable. I had to purchas new counter tops and cabinets, carpet, vinyl flooring but i will be getting all of it at lowes since no one knows how to help anyone at home depot. We will spend our money else where. You could of gotten all my business but never coming back again.
Is this day in age it is very difficult to find a business who truly knows how to give the customer, service. I had a very enjoyable shopping experience thanks to an associate name Chris Pierce. I don't know what they're paying him, but it's not enough. It would be nice if more people in the service industry would realize that customer satisfaction is job security.
As a retired contractor I've used Home Depot a lot. Never have I ever seen such a cluttered and filthy store. Wanted heavy duty storage totes. They had almost no totes and absolutely no lids for what they had. The clerk seemed to be perturbed I ask for the lids. A sad day at the Beaumont Home Depot and a perfect store for con artists to fake an accident. There were hundreds of boxes and trash piles to trip over.
The dumb thing ever for the last month the dumb manager take the people at the pro desk and make then load truck and move thing with forklift when I see 2-3 guy Standing around on forklift n looking. No where else I ever have this problem. I walk out 7 times last 4 week because no one can help me n not the only one. So why your pro desk not important to this store??? Need fix this problem are just close the pro desk and move the people. DUMB Just DUMB
