Usually like M&D, but not today.
I no longer go to Home Depot or Lowe's unless absolutely necessary. This store has the best service I have encountered in years!
You honesty can't beat the customer service here. Very fast and professional ALL THE TIME! They are pricey on some things but they make up for it with convenience.
▶Popcorn - soggy, stale, over-salted.
Need a super specific size bolt? Need a really odd wrench size? Need a really big crowbar? Really like popcorn while shopping? If you said yes to any of these, This place is for you. There is so much stuff to find here, typing out everything they have would be FAR too long to write about. The only thing i can find wrong is something extremely minor, that being the fountain drinks drinks don't have lids... or at least that's what I remember.
The guy that rented us a machine to remove tile was very helpful and up front about the machine having just been repaired. Well we rented, it didn't work properly so when I took it back one of the managers (a lady, didn't catch her name and she wasn't wearing a name tag) didn't want to refund any of the charges because I didn't bring it back sooner. Long story short I choose not to stand there and explain that I had more to worry about than the tile as we just lost our entire house in the hurricane Harvey floods... so my review is very mixed because she was the only bad apple in the bunch. So I'll just say beware with the rental department! And steer clear of the long haired Hispanic woman in management and your shopping experience should be good!
▶Store - too hot to even shop.
▶Cust Svc - was looking @A/C filters and 4 employees walked by & never asked if I needed help. Went to the center aisle where an employee immediately asked if I needed help.
