This Lowe's is the worse I have ever seen as far as customer service. I bought all the lumber to build a 10'x40' porch. My wife,kids and myself loaded every board needed on 2 carts. We had at least 6 Lowe's employees stop and ask how many deck boards we were having to get. I responded 80 their response was ok and 3 of them walked down the isle and leaned against a forklift and watched my wife a kids help me load all 80 boards on a cart. Lowe's in Beaumont Texas will not get another dime of my money.
Better organized and presented than Home Depot in Beaumont so that means average. While staff is generally helpful in the store and parking lots, the weak point is the lack of self service check out lanes. Often see five or more customers waiting to check out. Additional staff may be handy but not quick to open more lanes . Lumber area has two cashiers also but rarely see more than one .
This store is completely unorganized and no one seems to care. Customer service rarely picks up the phone and tranfers you to an abyss when they do. If you are lucky enough to speak to someone, they probably can't answer the question anyway. Orders are lost and mismanaged frequently. Wait times are absurd. Shop elsewhere given the opportunity.
It's better than home depot here in Beaumont. But that's not saying much. Very mixed on the quality of service you get there sometimes
Couldn't get no help. Went to service desk and still couldn't get help. I was standing by the door where the cig. butt tray was and was told I couldn't smoke there and the little girl was very rude about it. Then why are the butt trays there? If we can get the stuff to fix our house up elsewhere, we are
