Ritter is a nice place with good hearted people that work there and best place to have keys made! My husband and I have had a hard time finding some specialty tools there but it is always a nice clutter free experience.
DON'T BOTHER driving very far if you're going there for a sale item; they won't have it in stock and neither will they be honorable and give you a rain check for the item. They never intended to give you the item for the price advertised. If you take time out of your day to drive there, that's all they wanted! The old bait and switch. Oh well, that little trick they pulled just cost Mrs. Eaves a $3394.00 flooring sale. We'll drive ANYWHERE to keep from buying it there now. I hope it was worth it; a business practice that back-fired against its own sales people!!! I gave 1 star obviously because ZERO stars was not a selection, just like the items in the ads aren't in the selection. LOL !!!
Conveniently located but the employees are not so bright! I hardly ever complain but customer service there gets a thumbs down! Need to hire more experienced workers but I was able to find everything I needed by myself!
Always quick and easy to get in and out of their drive thru barn, Called Nov 2nd looking for a extension bit and was helped by their manager without delay. Customer service has always been friendly and attentive.
Called looking for tin. They csaid they had it in stock. Drove 45 minutes, paid for it, went to load to be told by the guys loading that they didn't have it in stock. How do you lose count on 40 sheets of tin? They guys in loading even made a comment that they have had that issue all day with people buying tin and them not having it in stock. You would think the manager would have at least adjusted the inventory in the computer.
