Ever since the recent storm they have been under staffed and they close at 0100 which is completely ridiculous since they've always been the choice for night shift people. Not to mention apparently they are getting employees who are not customer friendly and have literally turned into a place where you are made to feel like you are some piece of trash that's gonna steal all of their merchandise and that you are planning to come up with their demise. Walmart you are officially the worst place to shop at and who cares your prices are lower. I rather go broke spending my hard earned money elsewhere, so that I can actually go shopping and feel respected and treated like my money and needs are important to the survival of the business. I'd rather suffer without then go to Walmart for whatever I need. Tell ya the truth I'd pay the money to see target become a 24hr store so that I'd be able to go there . So long Walmart your time has come to be a forgotten store for those who work for a living and choose to be treated like good people that they are.
This Walmart was clean and neatly organized. The prices were great and the merchandise was neatly arranged. I had question about the price of an item and the employee I spoke with went to get someone to help me, but nobody came. I used the self check out and the item I had a question about rang up as I had hoped - on sale.
Limited hours (6am to midnight) it used to be 24 hours but that stopped after Hurricane Harvey. They seem to run out of most of their items. Never seemed to be a problem before and I'm thinking it's due to Hurricane Harvey but otherwise, it's pretty clean and they actually have more than two registers open. Their is a heavy police and security presence.
My husband took our vehicle to get two new tires put on and an oil change. They tell him it will be a two hr wait. Well he's been there well over two hours & they are just now doing the oil change & haven't even done the tires! This is ridiculous! Either they need new employees or whoever is working needs to get off their ass! Do NOT recommend to take your vehicle here!
I only wish Walmart would hire more helpful and cheerful people. I witnessed a huge fist fight between 2 employees in the parking lot as my family and I were walking in. It started out with 2 and ended with 5 people being arrested. Ridiculous...
