They have a good selection of items... But I have found at times the store is quiet messy... Items on the floor, not kept very organized... But over all a great store!!!
Today, they tried to accuse a woman in stealing $8 earrings. She showed her receipt for the earrings she purchased, emptied her purse and pockets and they still called the police. Their tone changed when they found out she was a college professor and the police let her go. That is ridiculous and hateful! They embarrassed this woman (who was extremely cooperative) without having any proof or reason to even approach her.
Very disorganized. As much as I love Kohl's, the chaos and the temperature always too hot makes for a bad shopping experience. I want a nice cool environment when trying on clothes. One finds themselves overwhelmed with sheer volume of attire without the organization
No means whatsoever to print a wedding registry, including from the customer service desk. Encountered 3 employees, one of which was a store manager, who had no interest in assisting. Have they not noticed the many retail stores closing in this area (Macy's, Rue 21, Gander Mountain, to name a few). I would hope that they would be more helpful. Took my business elsewhere.
I love shopping at Kohl's! Usually, I get really good deals on great clothes.
