OMG went to get the car from hertz and put money down the lady was so rude this skinny black girl was rude with me and while I was waiting to see if they can rent me the car she was raising her voice to a customer on the phone then hung up on the person I left and went to Enterprise car rental
Candace runs this place and she's great. Friendly, competent, helpful. I've rented here at least six or seven times and always good experiences. Really, the entire staff is very helpful, too.
Horrible service , I can't say enough bad apt this place. Canceled my reservation would not try and help me get another vehicle. Told me none available but was able to reserve one online.
They worked hard to get me into a car that would fit our family.
