I've used Avis all over the country and am a preferred plus member and this location always exceeds my expectations by far. The staff is amazing, and so helpful and understanding. Cars are always newer, clean and run well.

worst customer service i ever seen, I reached there on time to drop car, but they are closed and charged me for another day too. very rude with customers on phone. I never go with this and I dont suggest this
The staff was great and i had no idea what to expect with this being the first time i rented a car. The only complaint i had was that i am used to driving a F350 and i rented a small car to drive to Orlando from Texas. The car was a little to small, but I can't complain the roughly 2000 mile trip cost me less than $100 in gas. I nearly spend that a week going to and from work. i will know better next time.
The staff was very helpful in getting the reservation and car ready and even stayed after hours to complete my reservation. With-out them, I would have been stuck in Beaumont when I had car trouble as I was driving through to Houston. I dropped the car of the next day with a super easy and equally friendly day staff. If there were six stars they would get it. Oh yeah... car was great too.
