Very good customer service. They (Hunter) picked me up from the Beaumont airport in less than 5 minutes. Same time for dropping me back there. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny car that was assigned to me. The next time I'll choose to a mid sized car instead of having Enterprise choose one for me.
When I went to pick up a rental that was pre-paid, I was asked for a major credit card in my name. Unfortunately, I do not have one, thus I was denied the rental. However, I just wanted to express the excellent customer service from a gentleman named Kenny. He was very polite, apologetic, and explained why the company has that policy set in to place. So, thank you, Kenny, even though you were the bearer of bad news, you did it with grace. You're doing a great job!
Nice car but tire went flat after a couple of days from a plug that had been put into the tire by a prior user.
Staff sucks. They were not helpful at all.
Horrible experience with this company. Tried to reserve an 8-passenger vehicle in order to take a family trip to New Orleans. Was told that the only way they can guarantee 8 seats is if we rent a 12-passenger vehicle (I know....how completely ridiculous). We decided to go ahead rent a 12-passenger van, but when we arrived to pick it up, they presented us with a 15-passenger van that had absolutely no luggage room at all. When asked about the mistake, the local employees said they could not do anything about it and that we would need to call the national customer service line. After an hour of waiting on the phone (and being hung up on twice), I finally spoke with a customer service SUPERVISOR who said that it was a local issue and that he could not do anything about it. Terrible experience and horrible customer service. Do not recommend. Would give a negative rating if possible.
