I came here the 1st time and ordered the bacon appetizer and waited 30 min. And it never arrived, no food arrived. The waitress Kay was very attentive brought are drinks but no food. So we paid our check and left.
Our waitress was so awesome. Other staff? Not so much. No clue whose appetizer was who's. We ended up getting dinner before appetizers because ours was taken to another table. Three people seated at a tiny bar height table. Food was fine. No better than most other places. Our waitress did an awesome job making up where other folks in there failed. Including the manager. I'm sure our poor waitress thought she wasn't getting a tip after all the mess ups that were in no way her fault, but she still got taken care of. Can't say enough good things about her. Wish I could remember her name!
Beautiful place and waitresses are good but don't expect FOOD.
The kitchen completely sucks and the manager is pathetic.
I explained to Eric the manager what happened and he said 2 kitchen staff called in sick but did he apologize are say give another chance NO.
This place had good food but in the end our waitress double charged a lot of tickets meaning I paid for drinks and food on other tickets when I was only suppose to pay for drinks. Then I see my friends tickets and they also paid for their food and drinks so when I noticed this which happened to be the next morning. I called my friends up and they confirmed everything. I went to twin peaks in the evening to get it sorted and the manager ERIC made me wait over an hour while he pulled up the table which was table 45 and the eight tickets that night. He then came out will all ticket except number 7 and told me I was wrong that he shouldn't have to eat the food charges that I never ordered because I did pay attention to my receipt before I signed. I understand that to a degree... but I went their to drink and have a good time and I shouldn't have to worry about being over charged or have unknown charges on my bill. The waitress made the mistake and the manager ERIC didn't want to fix it. Finally he only returned me the meals I didn't order but didn't refund the taxes associated. Twin peaks still stole the drinks by charging my friends when I already paid for them. It was my first and last visit! I don't recommend twin peaks and I hope you all don't go to an establishment that steals from it's customers. I even called support number from the website and left a message and have not been called back 3 days later.
So today we came back place is dead got are bacon appetizer in 30 seconds it's like jerky a cold appetizer you put 5 pieces on the plate and send it out easy right.
This place was very good, food was great service great and atmosphere great. The servers wonderful. ..
really like the food but don't go late at night after a movie for a bite to eat because the service is very slow. Peak times for Twin Peaks only. Great wings
