I can't begin to tell you the difference I have noticed between Casa Tapitia and other Mexican Restaurants in the area. The authenticity and freshness of the food is second to NONE. Girls night is always at Casa Tapitia. Casa Tapitia has redefined customer service. The staff is ALWAYS willing to make our dining experience AWESOME.
Service was really good and food was better than I expected. Staff at the restaurant were very warm and inviting and it was a nice atmosphere.

Great service, good food (except my quesadilla was a little greasy), great tea!! VERY attentive staff. Comfortable seating & actually quiet enough to have a conversation. (Very important to us).

➡2nd review - Met friends there the following night. Food NOT so good. My friend & I both noticed our taco meat looked pinkish, undercooked. He told the waitress about his, which they re-cooked. But, the Mgr. said it WAS cooked, that the pinkish color is from the spices they use. Don't know about that?!? I never ate mine. I couldn't stomach it after that. I got them to remove mine from my bill. The Mgr. said if I would have said something, they would have replaced my meal. He informed me that they cook that meat for 4 hrs. But, my friend got his replacement in less than 10 minutes and the meat looked cook. What did they do different???
