They have added a hippy in the corner playing a guitar so now the place is perfect.
This bar has a different feel than the others in Beaumont. It feels "old school". The bartenders are great conversationalist and they tend to entertain. The mixed drinks are on the strong side. It's a nice place to get away from the usual and have a drink.
Myself and others have experienced poor managerial decisions made by the bar staff. I recently had a hand physically laid on me by staff, as did a friend. It should never come that. The staff needs to learn how to properly defuse a situation. I won't be going back.
Best small, local bar in Beaumont. Good drinks, excellent bartenders, always good company and great local music.
A very "Cheers family" vibe. The staff gives excellent service. One of the best kept secrets in the city!
