The food really wasn't that bad. The waitresses were beautiful, but they were clearly stressed by the clientele. Service was abysmal.
Horrible food and service. Mixed drinks took about 30 minutes to get and came after our appetizer. Food was not portioned right for the price and did not taste good. Waitress was not knowledgeable about menu. The manager ended up removing all $60 worth of food off of our bill and we only paid for drinks. Definitely needs major improvement.
Was fairly run down, even for a Hooters. On a whole, the wings are the size of turkey legs now. Which to me completely ruins them.
The food was ok but Hooters stole my money. My husband and I went during happy hour and they charged us full price for everything. I asked the waitress to fix it and she ran my card a second time charging me two different prices. I called the manager and he said it should be back in your account in a couple days. Well it isn't they overdraft my account. The waitress payed little attention to what she was charging us. The owner showed 0 remorse for the hard ship they caused me. I will be contacting the BBB Monday. Don't give them your Visa without looking at the ticket Hooters can't be trusted.
I've been to MANY different Hooters growing up and this is literally the worse I've ever had. I ordered the buffalo shrimp they were cooked correctly, but there was no sauce on them and the lemons it comes with tasted like oranges, I even asked for extra lemons thinking maybe it was just those few. Nope. All of the lemons I got tasted like orange. Their fries when cooked completely. If you're a fellow Hooters lover or just want to try it I suggest you go to a different one. I will NEVER go back to the one in Beaumont area.
