I have been bringing my dog hear for 10 years now . Miss Brum is the most loving animal lover there is. I love the fact I dont have to call to see if my dog is ready Miss Brum always calls me. love It! ill drop off at 8:30 so we are the first to be groomed and first to go home. Miss Brum is very detailed in her grooming. When we bored our sweet whisky he loves his visits to dog camp. Treats caned food and dry food he loves its ! Thanks HI-Tower for caring for my baby !
Saturdays and it was already 11:30? While we are waiting for her to finish grooming my dog her dog pissed on the floor in the office. Apparently she had not taken the dog out. I have photos of her dog urine on the floor of this business. Seeing that I now have to RETRAIN my dog in potty training as he is currently peeing all over the house. When she finished grooming my dog, she had put my dog's travel carrier on the floor WHERE her dog has urinated (she did wiped the mess up)
If I could rate my experience on a scale from 1 to 5, it would be in the negatives. Today I had just came back from vacation and I had called this establishment to see when I could pick up my dog since it closes earlier on Saturdays at noon. To give some background information, Friday morning I had called to see if she could groom my dog because we were going to pick him up on Saturday instead of Monday and the owner said no because she has no opening and they were booked. Fast forward to Saturday morning where we had just arrived home from a wonderful vacation and she had called my house saying that she could groom my dog and that she would call us when she is finished. Mine you she had just spoken to my 12 years old son who she thought was ME... the owner claimed she didn't know she was talking to child and thought it was an adult. By this time it was about 10 o'clock when we haven't heard back from them so I had my son called to see if they were ready for us to pick our dog up she says not yet. So around 11 o'clock I had him called again to see if my dog was ready for pick up, naturally they didn't pick up. I assumed they were busy so I had him called again still no answered.
1.Unprofessional and 2. Absolutely unnecessary. She begins to scream at me saying that I shouldn't have called her, deeming that she can't concentrate, but how was I suppose to know what time to come pick up my dog if the place closes earlier on
Hi Tower Kennels is the largest kennel in Beaumont and we have been in operation for over 70 years. We have numerous loyal, frequent customers who continue to entrust their family members to us. I have open inspections, and ANYBODY is welcome to tour ANY part of the kennel at any time.
Today my husband dropped my dog off to the kennel, and lord knows moe was in the worst possible state imaginable and alot place wouldnt have took him in that state ,The owner took great time unmangaling him and shaved him to perfection ... He looks likes a completely different pup she is truly amazing!!!
Disgusting and filthy...with a rude nasty owner...that refused help from animal rescuers during Hurricane Harvey. Allowed dogs to die...while vets and other's tried to save beloved pets.Google the horrible stories...be prepared to CRY.

No such person has ever boarded a dog with me and his story of his dog named Milo is a complete fabrication and a disgusting attempt to slander myself and my business.
, and immediately I had moved the object saying, "I would not like that to touch where your dog urinated" and her response was, "Well your dog s**t on my floor." And let me reiterate that this is the exact words of the OWNER. After that comment I was pleased that my dog s**t on her floor and I'm NOT surprised that he is doing his business around the house because she apparently didn't took my dog out. I have never dealt with such a rude and unprofessional lady. Do NOT take your dog here to this FILTHY and UNETHICAL establishment. The way she decided to handle business with me was indecorous and I will NEVER come back to this business again. I have reported her business to BBB and had filed a complaint. If you love your animals as I love mine, I implore you to never take your precious ones here. Again HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE establishment.
