Friendly and helpful in all departments. Reality is harley stuff is expensive but employees are authorized to give you 10 % off everything. Includes bikes. If you push the issue and pit one employee against another you can get 15% off. Try it. They're like family good people

Bought my first Harley this past week and decided to bring my children up to the shop to look around. What we got was an experience. The children were able to look at bikes and even got on one. Employees engaged my kids with conversation. Got them some shirts and we got to see a band and a group raising money for kids in need. Great day, glad to be around good people, We will back often.
