PS. Hire someone with a brain and MANNERS to answer phones/greet patients. Would be greatly appreciated by your clientele.
However, some of the staff is pure $H!+. My major complaint is the lady that answers the phone for prescriptions- she's SO RUDE and highly UNorofressional. Doesn't let you finish your statement, and has a bad habit of hanging up on people, this is Not the first time.
We used to bring our youngest to this office and would wait forever to be seen. However, recently that has not been the case. It seems as though they have made some changes in policy about being on time for your appointments. I for one appreciate it.
I love this office. While the office isn't fancy, and honestly needs to be updated, the care makes you not even notice. The counselor is amazing and Dr. K is so helpful. He listened to my concerns with my meds and communicated back to me on a level I could understand. I'm grateful to have finally found a place that cares.
This place is the BIGGEST JOKE of a psychiatric doctors office I've ever encountered! My daughter was having self harm thoughts and we were referred here because we were on medicaid. We went 4 times to make a fair assessment. We never once saw the dr. He has an assistant that's comes in and asks a boat load of questions then she leaves to "consult" the dr. She comes back with prescriptions and send us up front to make another appt before going home! Really?!?! Our appts were for every 2 weeks. Psych meds don't start working that fast. We went 4 times and got 4 different prescriptions! BIG JOKE! I don't think this is a real person either because we never saw him.
Here's the long and the short of it. Be on time for the appointment you scheduled. Have respect for the other patients time and the doctors and therapists time. If your appointment is at 10, get there at 9:45....Dont complain when you show up late and then have to wait or can't be seen. That's your lack of responsibility not the clinic staffs. Speak to the staff with respect and you will be respected. (remember they are humans too and everyone has bad days).
I am forever appreciative for this office and the staff here. All of them. No one was rude or short tempered, no one made me feel unwelcome or like I was an inconvenience. I needed to be seen, as a new patient in the middle of a major panic attack and was immediately gotten in and treated with respect and dignity. I've watched each one of them take abuse and remain consistently friendly until they have been pushed too far and then they are stern and matter of fact, not rude.
Anyway, thanks Dr and other staff for helping us when no one else would ! Very appreciative of the work you all do.

However, The office is clean and everyone else seems very direct, I've no qualms or issues about this establishment except for that rude, uncouth female with no people skills whatsoever.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place looks disgusting. Multiple people smoking out front. I scheduled an appointment and the lady said they accepted my insurance. After waiting awhile they told me they did not. I explained how far I had driven. They were not sympathatic professional or polite at all. If this is just the front I hate to imagine what low level of care is provided.
