Great place to stay! Have rentals that are very nice and affordable. Clean park, and the owners are super nice!
We stayed here for 2 weeks while down helping with hurricane Harvey relief. while there we had our niece with us since her family lost their home so we were assisting with getting her to school etc. We had her shoes(the only pair she owned due to losing everything in hurricane) in the dryer and someone stole them. upon talking to the managers and them talking to owner, nothing was done. they have cameras in the washateria and signs saying the cameras are on, which is why we trusted to leave the shoes in dyer while we left but apparently they haven't worked for some time. we made a sign asking them to be returned to us and the sign was taken down. absolutely absurd that someone would do this. Was also not pleased with the cleanliness of restrooms or showers.
Stayed several months, enjoyed my stay - excellent location - nice & clean - Laundry facilities on premises & clean bathhouse - Friendly & Efficient Staff - Will definitely stay there again!
I am currently living in one of the RV's, it is well kept, fully furnished, from silverware to blankets, maintenance is great, and the park is very clean. The owner is also very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Owners and workers are great and always helpful! The location allows for easy access to Mid-County or Beaumont. The park has adequate spacing between lots. Offers helpful amenities including dog park, mail boxes, wi-fi, laundry mat, and shower rooms. We have lived in the park on/off for awhile and they are constantly trying to improve it. It is a great park and if we are ever in the area again we will always come back to Lucas Gusher! Thanks for the extended stay!
