I have been to a gazillion RV Parks, but never been treated with such disrespect from a manager. This place charges $630 monthly, plus $100 security deposit, $25 if you have one child and $15 extra if you have more. These people made us purchase 6 ground pads from their office for $65 extra because it's a requirement. They have all these crazy rules that make you laugh when you are reading them. I asked for my refund after all the craziness going on between my unhappy husband and the yelling male manager. If you have pets and children don't come here, and if you end up coming here buy your own ground pads.
It's lovely. The lake really is hidden, but I recommend taking a look. The sites are level, and it's clean. They have free coffee and Wi-Fi. It's a little expensive, but a lot of the campgrounds in this area are way more overpriced without being much more than a parking lot. The people here are friendly and solicitous, they gave me a free dog bag leash attachment so I didn't have to hunt them down or save grocery bags to clean up after my dog. If you have to stay in the Beaumont area for any reason, then I definitely recommend staying here.
By far the best place in the area. Management is top notch, very friendly and knowledge. Better than an expensive hotel and wont break the bank staying long term. Plan on staying for a while!!!
We were here for an overnight stay so I can't rate the amenities but the staff was very friendly and the campground was clean and appealing. If you are traveling it is a great place for an overnighter.
