I only rated this at 1 star because I could not rate it at zero. The entire company culture at the particular warehouse is rude and lacks any customer service whatsoever. Misrepresenting services, laziness and outright lies seem to be built into the normal operating procedures. I will encourage all of my business contacts to not use this company and I will not use them again.
