An email from Life Storage invited me to leave a review. I was very disappointed in this company when I called to reserve a unit and was told to purchase a lock before I arrive. When I showed up with my lock, I was told the reservation people are in NY and they don't know what they are talking about. I had to purchase a different kind of lock from her for $17.00. I did and moved into my unit. I called the reservation line and reported that I was not happy with going out of my way to purchase a lock only to not be able to use it. He took my information and said someone would call me back right away. That was three days ago. So I don't expect very good customer service in the future.
Moving day was a breeze with the Life Storage Facility and staff! Not only did I get an amazing rate but I also got great customer service! Alexis and especially Ms. Chrissy!
