Truck broke down and they would not help us with another truck. They were very rude. Had to get a truck in winnie tx. And drive back to this uhaul to unload the broken down truck.
Wiring harness "installed" without hooking up turn signals, put no heat shield on the wire running through my engine compartment, and shoved a mass of wires under my rear bumper. ONE zip tie on the whole bundle of wires. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because the people I dealt with were very friendly. I was in a hurry and was helped by a fellow veteran, whom I''m sure didn't install my wiring harness, and didn't check to see if any of the lights were working. Shame on me. Use the location on the north side of town by tractor supply, and ask for Phillip.
Not satisfied at all, ALL employees are EXTREMELY RUDE. They do not care and refused to assist me when I got there 5 minutes before close ... I called ahead and let them know I was on my way but they did not let me know they were counting the register at 4:45 even though they close at 5pm.... I asked for an email to corporate and she stated there isn't one available (huge lie) ... their front doors were UNLOCKED and the open sign was lit... I am glad to be moving away from this area... it seems as if that is the local standard when it comes to professionalism out here. Thanks for nothing! Wish I could give zero stars.
They are nice the place is amazing but in my opinion I think they should make it airsoft
Worst place lazy ass people here girl was on her cell phone keeps telling me no propane for 4 days straight as a customer i will never come back again rude people there dont even greet you or nothing i will contacting management over this matter place is trash
