I think that because they have a contract with the City of Beaumont they can abuse their customers the citizens of Beaumont Texas. They should not have preferential treatment with the city. I want TNT to release the video they made of me trying to pick up my car. They should lose the contract with the City of Beaumont!

TNT towed my car because I didn't have the insurance card in my car. I produced my insurance card and ask TNT to take my car home but they took it to impound instead just so they could charge me storage fees.
they don't have no manners on the road. like they have road rage
I was going down the Freeway when my cars hood blew open and smashed the windshield. I was able to maintain control by rolling down the drivers side window and sticking my head out in order to see the road. I had children in the car with me and I decided the safest thing to do was to get off the Freeway and drive to my destination on the slower city streets.
That is false advertising. I followed the Wrecker that was towing my car to the impound. I called and told them I was following them and I wanted to pick up my car. They would not release my car and told me I would have to wait until tomorrow.

TNT has a sign on the front of their building that says " 24 hours, 7 days a week Vehicles will be released with 1 hour notice"

Was driving down the road in beaumont and here comes a tnt driver driving a long flatbed truck cutting me off. I got over in next lane only for him to jump right in front of me and then go reall slow. I then switched lanes again to get away from him and I could hear him revving up the truck making a fuss. I seen him stare me down as he turned onto another road. He was so unprofessional. It was as if there was a kid with a temper tantrum behind the wheel of a tnt truck. I couldn't imagine how he ever got the job.
01-27-14 Today I went to get my car back from TNT. I told them I was unsatisfied with their service. The employee told me to get off his property then he followed me to my car using obscene language then he reached for my door to slam it so I shut the door quickly drove off and called the police.
Had some probs on a recent NOLA turn - these folks are the only ones who did exactly what/when they said, would use them anytime. Freightliner Beaumont and some unnamed tire folks - never again.
I passed a police car and they pulled me over. I explained what had happen. They should have given me a reward for maintaining control under difficult conditions but instead they gave me a ticket for having the hood blocking my view. Then they called TNT to tow my car. Me and my 10 year old child had to walk down the service road until a friend came and picked us up.
The next day they did release my car and they did drop the storage fee they had tried to collect earlier.
I had asked the Beaumont Police Department to call Turner Wrecker but they called TNT instead.
I had to get the police to go with me to get my car. I told the officer we had called Turner Wrecker but the officers canceled that call and called TNT because TNT had a contract with the city. Turner Wrecker would have charged me $75 to tow my car home but TNT charged me $280.
