The hold time for someone to answer the line is ridiculous. Some should be there just to answer calls...smh...
Everything now being paperless helps a lot and hours much more quickly
This place is horrible! 2 and a half hour wait time on the phone just to be hung up on! I have gone down there personally 3 different times and they still never fixed the problem. It's pointless to even have their number or location. None of them seem to want to do their jobs.
Lady in office who gave me my card typed my social in wrong for my card. Fine. Tried calling couldn't get help from a girl name tiffany. Go back in and the girl who typed in social wrong was rude and didn't even apologize because she typed it in and she had am attitude. Just because I'm on food stamps doesn't give you a right to make me feel like your better than me.
