The RUDEST customer service I have EVER experienced!!! When paying my Water Bill in person, No one offers any pleasantries, they do not smile, they don't even look at you!! The Citizens of Beaumont deserve better than this!!! May I suggest a Dale Carnegie Training or something, because these people need it. I've always believed that the oil flows from the top. I suppose the Leaders of our City does not care how Beaumont Citizens are treated by City Staff, then why should the staff care.
