They don't know how to schedule appointments apparently. They are rude over the phone. And make you wait forever. This place looks like an old jail.
Coming from being a former correctional officer and seeing a couple of prisons and jails interiors. I see why people are saying that it "looks" like an old jail, it really does look like one on the inside.
1st time - I went here for an annual women exam. Meet with Christina Garcia and she was wonderful and very informative! She made me feel at ease. I will go back for her!
As I write this review I'm still on hold waiting to speak to someone. It has been 23 minutes and counting.. Luckily I'm at work with nothing to do so I'll wait, but I'm kind of skeptical about being seen by anyone there. They don't care enough to give proper phone etiquette, so I'm sure they won't care about what type of care they'll give me in person.. Stay tuned!!
We were there for 3 1/2 hours for what should have been a routine check up. Turned into a big deal. My Wife who is 8 months pregnant was crying the doctors office because she was so over whelmed. She called weeks before, none of her files were transfered, and she wasn't treated in a manner we felt appropriate. We will be driving somewhere else in the future no matter how far. Would NOT recommend.
Not bad, not good.... could do better in the customer service area... more friendly would do a whole lotta good!!!
As for the staff.... they were ok.
