When it comes to the office staff, they are friendly. But no one is on the same page and they are not professional. Dr. Nesbitt is not a doctor you go to if you have questions about your pregnancy or your growing baby. She doesn't answer any of them or give you an explanation as to why you are feeling this way. Her answers to me every time was "Its normal." Well can you please explain what's going on? This is my fist pregnancy and I'm a little nervous as to what's going on. When I was going in every two weeks for my check up, apparently I had a small yeast infection. Two weeks later I go in for my next appointment Nesbitt says I have a yeast infection. I said I do now? I don't feel anything. She said no two weeks ago you did, so I'm going to put you on an antibiotic for it. Why didn't I get a .ca from her or the office telling me about it??? She told me my baby was measuring short and wanted to do an ultra sound to check. I went back the next day did the ultra sound then left. A week later I go back, she tells me the same thing and that I need an ultra sound. I told her I already did one last week when she told me too. She said oh, well let me go look at it. Came back in said the baby was fine. The next week I go in she tells me the same thing again. I told her that's what you told me two weeks ago. Last week you told me I was fine after looking at the ultra sound. She said oh well let me go look at it again. This went on for 4 straight weeks. The past 5 weeks they keep telling me they want me to go back to the lab and get blood work done, because the nurse there can't get it, but they have never set up an appointment for me. They said I can't just walk in like I did before. She doesn't pay attention to her clients, she's not professional at all, and honestly I don't know if she even cares about her clients. We have had so many other issues that it's too much to write down. Better off finding a different doctor. Never going back!
She comes in. I explain how bad the nausea was and how my midwife and I have that under control- but how I can't get the dizziness under control at all- she wanted to take me off of one nausea med and put me on a different one that will "fix" the issue- no it won't it will just make me sleepy all day- I'm telling you I NEED to get back to work and life asap.
At first she said "okay" and came back in the room and told me the dr was going to INSIST i get a pap done today. um -NO.
Told the nurse I was declining the pap for the day anyway because I need to get to the bottom of the vertigo issues that are accompining this pregnancy.
She proceeded to tell me there was "No Magic Wand to fix it" well no joke- i don't want an immediate fix- just a fix some kind of fix.
The wait time is sometimes long, but this is a pretty big office with multiple Doctors and patients. I suggest bringing a snack bag and something to read.
I LOVE Dr. Sprott! He is witty, educational and has the most conscious conversations ever. He always wears a smile and never leaves the room without answering all questions. I am comfortable with him and love his personality.
If there were a place for ZERO stars i'd SURELY select that!
This was by far the WORST experience in the medical field i have EVER had. that Nurse Practitioner needs to work on her people skills- and learn how to not verbally abuse the patients that pay her house note.
Got into the exam room to all of the pap smear stuff OUT of packing sitting on a table. again- NO packaging. um- you are NOT putting that inside of me!
Dr Anderson is great. She always listen to your concerns and try her best to assist you. My wife loves this clinic and always feels comfortable here.
Went in for some "normal" but to the EXTREME issues with pregnancy.
I switched to dr evans because she was so horrible and rough to me. She doesnt communicate at all, nor does she even speak when she walks into the room. She is literally only in the room for about 5 mins and thats it!
