The staff and Dr. Were very personable and all of my questions were answered. The staff has went above and beyond for me.
Worst place I have ever been to. This place should be shut down. Very bad. Unprofessional. Makes tons of excuses. Rescheduled 3 or 4 different times. And the office lady lied to the manager. Appointment was at 9 waited till 11 or so and left and claims I was only waiting an hour. Unreal how bad I was treated.

The place is very reminiscent of the VA hospital. I went in with a diagnosis in hand. All I need was supplies. Through a series of events and over a month later I still have no supplies. I haven't dealt with the lady that will actually give me my supplies. My supplies are there, I just can't get to them. The office manager comes up with some great excuses as to why it is taking so long. I, however, don't want excuses. I just want my supplies. Not a very efficient place by my standards. I think there are better places out there. Shop around.
Very mixed feelings about this place. The lady who works with getting you the right mask is amazing. The staff, appointment hours and billing are very unprofessional. They will say come in anytime but when you get there the person you need to see isn't in or they have the day off even if you call the day before. The biggest issue is the billing department which is out of Oklahoma City. One time they used the wrong coding on one bill which took me about 5 phone calls and 8 months to get corrected each time they would tell me ok it's fixed. Latter I'd receive a bill from threatening collection. I kept telling them it's the same insurance my husband used and his bill was paid in full. I had to get the insurance company and the billing company on the phone for over a hour to fix it. Now over a year latter a new billing problem for a recent visit. The first (only) bill I receive say's past due and there will be a charge if not paid in 15 days and the total amount due is wrong so I have to go thru the whole process of dispute again. I've been going here for years but I think I'll find a new place to order mask. Not worth the headache now that I know what mask I need.
