Terrible service when you run into a problem. They ignore you and our you off to make sure they get their money to give you store credit. When you try to use that store credit they will only accept it at one location. Enjoyed this place until they gave me the run around, very disappointed.
The place was ice cold...even after being told it was highly Cold the therapist stated well that's the way the girl out front like to keep it. It was only after I threatened to leave did they raise the air-conditioning to a point of frigid not freezing. I will not be returning..have been informed by the therapist " it's always like that"!
