Dream Nails opens at 9. I walked in at 9:02 (the first customer) and had to wait "10 minutes" for an eyebrow wax. Of course it wasn't 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into 30 real quick. I asked if I was waiting for the wax to warm up.....? NOPE! I was waiting for Tony to come in and do the waxes. This is very unprofessional. If you know you are not going to be at your business to wax eyebrows when you open your store.... THEN YOU SHOULD PROBABLY CHANGE THE TIME YOU OPEN YOUR STORE. I'm still waiting for a service that the door sign says I can receive from 9:00am-8:00pm! Lies, lies, lies! I just would've appreciated not being lied to. I don't really need a free service.... but that was not customer service at all! Dream Nails, please train some of your workers to do what you do when you are not available. I should've gone some where else but I don't know many shops in Beaumont anymore.
All I wanted was a manicure but because I wasnt paying big money I was skipped over...I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Best experience I have had at any nail salon in Beaumont! They actually listened to what I wanted, calm and quiet atmosphere, and they did such an amazing job! Price is comparable to any other salon I've been to here, with far superior results!
Very clean and friendly. I go to Dream Nails 2 by the mall. Ty always gives better than perfect service for eyebrows and lashes. Lash strips always last about 3 weeks. Great on SNS as well which lasted longer than usual before needing a fill.
