2nd time with their new check in system. The "old" Sport Clips that used to care about customer service is gone. I find the check in and check out process laborious and impersonal. If it wasn't for the Rolanda who cuts my hair just how I like it and is beyond helpful and friendly I would take my business elsewhere. Looks like SportClips new business model is based off of Supercuts.... sad...
Did a fantastic job with a haircut for my wiggly child (not just a good cut but everyone was also very good natured about). Then they helped keep an eye on him while I got my haircut. Great to know there's a reliable place I can go and bring my family.
