Went in to get a haircut today. Was told I was next, they skipped me. The woman that signed me in acted like I was interrupting her. I should have walked out then. I will never go back.
I went in to get a trim. I asked for dead ends to be cut yes.....but the Latino girl that got into my head should have never been trusted with scissors!!! She completely chopped my hair up. It had roller coaster lengths. She cut it so short it was hard for someone else to even fix it. My hair now weeks later is still so short I can't go get it fixed. So I am still having to go around with a horrible disaster of a cut. It's completely embarrassing. I should have been given my money back. Instead the mgr told another that tried to help the looks of the messed up cut to take the Latino girls pay since she was going to try to fix it a lil. Even after that my hair as I said is embarrassingly horrible. I wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemy. Please beware of this place all together. I know I will never be back!
