John, Dena, and Cary were wonderful to work with while building my home! Their customer service was exceptional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone building, remodeling, updating a home, or shopping for appliances.
Waiting over 5 weeks for 17 doors. Only received 9 doors today after multiple daily phone calls and visits to the store. They do not return phone calls.
All individuals were happy to assist continously even though they were swamped with customers....WOW Kudos to these professionals....AWESOME!!!!
Poor customer service, lack of communication, and no knowledge. Worst Customer service experience by far, next time I will chose Lowe's. Waited for 3 hours for our order, we called in before for pick up and they told us that the order was ready. When we got to the location and waited 3 hours, just to findout they gave away our products to someone else without our authorization without having paperwork signed.
