I don't get some of the negative reviews, I had such a great experience. I shopped around Beaumont and Houston and couldn't find better prices on anything. In fact I budgeted 3000 to buy everything I needed when I moved from California, and Bel gave me everything for less than 2100 with delivery included (7 piece bedroom set, Bed, and Recliner). I bought everything on Sunday and was told I would have it all delivered on Thursday (This hasn't happened yet as it is only Tuesday, but if they meet this promise then I will need to send them a thank you basket!).
I will never do business with the company again.
The sales woman, Victoria, was great! Sometimes she was a bit overwhelmed with helping everyone but she alwasy communicated that with my partner and I and before she left to help someone else she made sure we had something else to consider or paperwork to fill out to minimize the wait time. She was maybe a bit chatty for me as an introvert, but that is by no means a dig on her, that's how sales people are supposed to be!

The prices are affordable but it is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.I furnished my entire house from them and was treated horribly after I paid. Don't bother calling corporate if you have an issue because they are ruder than the ones in the store itself.
Went to Home Furniture and was treated amazing!! Highly recommend Home Furniture over this place.
All in all, 9.8/10. Would definitely recommend.
Salesman was completely horrible. Hit my credit for financing and then tells me the furniture I wanted was no longer available instead of checking before he sold it to me. After I told him what he did was wrong he consistently shoved product down my throat that I repeatedly told him I wasn't interested in and argued that it was what I need/want for my home. Your best bet is Home Furniture in Nederland.
This furniture store really have great prices at affordable rates!! Go check them out!!
